Lalique is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 14-day return window for all eligible home decor and crystal items in their original, pristine condition. Please ensure all original packaging and certificates of authenticity are included to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our client services team or log into your account to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack your items in the original Lalique gift box and protective shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are removed or covered.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once received, our artisans will inspect the piece for quality; upon approval, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
